Our White Wines

White wines are usually created from a base of lighter grapes, and fermented without skin contact. The shades and tones range from dry straw-yellow, to sparkling fresh green, to warming gold.

Fermentation is generally undertaken with cooled temperatures in order to achieve a refreshing result. Often, the most vivid white wines come from cooler climates and taste great in the heat, whereas red wines are best grown in warmer environments, yet helping you get warmed up in colder ambiences.

Each tone of their white-yellowish color compares to similar shades in nature. Think of flowers, think of natural foods of comparable colour and you will be able to associate aromas and scents.
