Pinot Gris is one of the world's most recognised white wines. Originally from the French Burgundy region, it has become emblematic also in the Americas, from California all the way to the Argentinian and Chilean Andes. Rather dry notes with flowery and fruity sparkles which can range in aromas from apples and pears to white roses and scents of lemon, bringing along a natural freshness, minerality with slight acidity. Plump and unwilted. An ideal combination for a fresh "salade nicoise" on your summer terrace, smoked trout or a salmon tartare. Also an ideal blend with cold-cut meat or paté for a picnic in the countryside.
